Account Deletion Request – Elite Braids App
At Elite Braids, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data.
If you have created an account in the Elite Braids app, you can request to delete your account and all related data at any time.
How to request account deletion
- From the app:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and follow the steps.
- Or by email:
- Send an email to support@elitebraidsonline.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address linked to your account.
Data that will be deleted
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- Your booking history
- Any saved hairstyle preferences or uploaded photos
Data we may retain
Some information may be kept for a short period as required by law or for business/accounting purposes, such as:
- Completed transaction records (for tax and legal compliance)
- Anonymous analytics data that cannot identify you
These records are deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
